Pirte is Pirkanmaa's largest producer of occupational health services and a rapidly developing medical centre. In 2018, they decided to implement a change in operating practices that would raise the company's operations to a whole new level.

The need for this development work was created by the relocation of Pirte's headquarters to the Tuliteri premises in Ratina in April 2018. The organization was in a formative state and everyday life had not yet settled into place. So began a labour reform.

Three ambitious goals were set for the new concept:

1. The customer experience should be as smooth as possible and customer data protection would be further enhanced
2. The beautiful views of Ratina were to be enjoyed equally by all employees
3. Increasing the occupancy rate of the premises would result in significant business benefits
