Data security is one of the most important things we take care of, according to the publications and recommendations of the VAHTI network of the Digital and Population Agency. We include our customers' own security requirements in our contracts with customers, and ensure that all our activities and products take into account the security issues required by our customers. Our products take GDPR issues into account, with the possibility of deleting all customer data from the customer register, as long as the billing issues are resolved first.

We currently use algorithms for automation. When the algorithms are defined in collaboration with the customer, they are exactly what the customer wants. In certain cases, a substantial commitment from the client is required to execute the project effectively. However, this approach has proven its efficacy since 1992, and the feedback we have received from clients supports our viewpoint.

For instance, the swiftest completion time for a TSH project is seven weeks. However, it's crucial to recognize that deployment cannot be the sole focus every single day of the week. Thus, collaborating with the customer to plan the project timeline becomes a cornerstone of our approach. We ensure that all deployment-related activities align seamlessly with the client's daily operations, guaranteeing exceptional quality and smooth execution.

Sometimes, this necessitates gently challenging the customer prior to project initiation, considering the project's ambitious timelines. Even though the implementation period could potentially be condensed further than seven weeks, we understand the importance of accommodating the client's routines during the project. Thus, adjustments to the implementation plan may be required to ensure a harmonious integration with the customer's daily activities.

Absolutely! Our system adheres to a consistent logic across all views, ensuring a seamless user experience. Each function is unambiguous and easily comprehensible, with menus and features tailored specifically to the needs of each user group. We provide comprehensive training to the primary users, general users, and billing personnel within our subscribing organizations. Our training materials serve as handy references, simplifying the process of instructing employees who may not have participated in our user training courses on how to effectively navigate and utilize the system.
