At Timmi Software, we develop software to simplify the everyday life of Finnish municipalities. We already have more than 40 Finnish municipalities and cities as customers. Of the 30 largest public administration organizations in Finland, 24 rely on our help. We make sure that our customers' daily work runs smoothly without any hassle.
We have developed our software to meet our customers' needs. Our software integrates with other systems, allowing you to easily transfer data from one system to Timmi and vice versa. We are constantly developing our products based on the feedback we receive. This way our software always stays up to date.

Liikuntavuorot hallintaan
Lappeenrannan kaupungissa TIMMI Smart City on ollut käytössä 2000-luvun alkuvuosista asti.
Vuorovaraukset ja laskutukset tehtiin aiemmin käsipelillä paperikalentereihin ja laskupohjiin, vahtimestarit kulkivat avaamassa ja lukitsemassa ovia. Käyttöpaikkojen maksut perittiin manuaalisilla kassakoneilla. Lisäksi esimerkiksi liikuntavuoroa tiedusteleva asiakas ei nähnyt, mitkä vuorot missäkin tilassa on jo varattu.
Timmin kanssa Lappeenranta siirtyi 2000-luvulla Smart City Tasolle 1, kun palvelutuotannon prosesseja digitalisoitiin TIMMI Ohjelmistoilla. Paperitöihin kulunut resurssi vapautui arvokkaampiin tehtäviin, ja palveluiden taso parani merkittävästi.
Nyt 2020-luvulla Lappeenranta tarjoaa jo Smart City Tason 2 palveluketjuja: kuntalaiset voivat hyödyntää liikuntatoimen tiloja, kuten kuntosaleja, omatoimisesti täysin digitaalisen tilavaraus-, lipunmyynti- ja kulunvalvontakokonaisuuden ansiosta.
